We’ve come up with a simple solution to lock your helmet!
Remove your seat and bolts located on the right or left side frame rail (seat latch bracket). Install your new stainless steel helmet hook with the existing bolts and that’s it!
When properly installed, this will secure your helmet when the seat is locked.
Helmets should not be secured while riding. Helmet hooks are intended to be used while parked.
We are seeing some variation in seat shapes on 2025+ models. In some cases, the hooks may need to be bent slightly outward. This can be done with the helmet hook mounted to the bike, using pliers with the seat removed.

This looks SO much better than the stock fender. My dad and my friends all think it looks cool and it's super easy to install. I have a 2026 model so its even easier to do because the plugs for the turn signals are centered under the seat and on their respective sides, and the tail light plug is in a separate location (this install video looks different). All in all if you're even slightly mechanically inclined you should have this on in like 20-30 minutes and it looks so good. The only downside is that the turn signals seem a little dim in the daytime, but standing back they are still noticeable. I just wish they were a little bit brighter and that it isn't like a fogged/matte finish on the LEDs. Other than that, great product!

The helmet hooks look great. I have two seats for the XSR900. The hooks are more visible on the Rizoma seat and eliminate the security provided on the OEM seat. For me, the hooks are for aesthetics only. I think they look great on the bike and add to the Scrambler vibe. I also have a leather Corbin Gunslinger seat and the hooks are less visible with that seat in place. In addition to the hooks, I purchased the turn signal kits for both front and rear from Brogue. They look great as well and I'm pleased with them. Great stuff Brogue!!! Thank you for helping my Scrambler vision come together.

Having had a background in engineering myself, I always admire well designed products. These Brogue XSR900 Helmet Hooks have a simple design with efficient use of material. They look good and do the job well. But why on earth did Yamaha place the seat lock in such an awkward place (underneath the rear mud guard)???

I love this. I never minded to carry my helmet into the office or the store. But this gives me the piece of mind to leave my helmet outside. Now I just need to stop leaving the keys in the lock.

Great design, I always find myself fumbling with the seat and clipping the helmet into the hook but I really can't think up a better more secure design. You eventually get used to it but it's very nice to have and frees up me carrying my helmet sometimes.

The 2022+ XSR helmet hooks work great. I wanted a way to secure my helmet when I had to stop by a store and these let me hook a d-ring and snap the seat down. The beauty is it is a tad snug getting the seat on so there is no way you could lift the d-rings off the hook. 10/10 would buy again.

Hooks installed super easy and once the seat is on you can't tell they are even there. Very clever design and nice to have the option to hang a helmet and lock it to the bike for quick trips away from the bike like going into a store or even a restaurant(if bike can be seen) To me they're worth it.

Installed my helmet hook on my XSR900, fits perfectly and my helmet is secure. Try to see if I could remove the helmet while it was locked under the seat and I couldn’t do it, so excellent security. Simple but nice design. Yamaha should include these bikes. Would buy again.
