The Andreani MISANO EVO2 cartridge kit (305/T26E) is a complete front suspension upgrade designed to replace the stock internals of Triumph Speed Twin 1200 forks with a pressurized cartridge system. Unlike basic spring upgrades, this kit fundamentally changes how the fork controls oil flow, resulting in more consistent damping, improved stability, and significantly better front-end feel.
At the core of the EVO2 system is a 20mm piston design, larger than typical OEM components, allowing for greater oil control and smoother response across a wide range of riding conditions. The pressurized cartridge reduces cavitation under load, helping maintain consistent damping during aggressive riding or hard braking. Internally, the components feature low-friction coatings and precision-machined surfaces to improve performance and durability over time.
All adjustments are made from the top of the fork via integrated click adjusters, allowing precise tuning of compression and rebound damping. One fork leg manages compression while the other controls rebound, and both can be adjusted independently. Spring preload is also adjustable, giving you control over ride height and initial fork behavior. The kit is supplied with springs, with rates that can be selected based on rider weight.
On the road, the difference is immediate. Brake dive is reduced, the front end feels more planted, and corner entry becomes more predictable and controlled. The fork responds more accurately to road input without becoming harsh, improving confidence across a wide range of riding conditions.
Fork oil is not included, and professional installation is recommended to ensure proper setup and performance.
