Brogue Build Sheet - 2024 Triumph Bobber
The Story behind the build.
We purchased the bike brand new in January 2024 with the goal of developing a complete product lineup entirely in-house. Every component—from design to manufacturing—was created by our team at the shop, showcasing our capabilities and commitment to producing premium, purpose-built parts under one roof.
We’ve long supported Triumph with parts and accessories, but the unique lines and stance of the Bobber really caught our attention. Its stripped-back style offered the perfect canvas for our design approach, so we jumped at the chance to take a crack at a full custom build/product line for the platform.
Our inspiration wasn’t driven by a specific theme—we simply build parts we’d want on our own bikes, while keeping in mind what other riders would enjoy. At the core, our focus is always on creating plug-and-play components that are easy to install and enhance both form and function. For the Bobber, the paint scheme was a nod to old-school customs, using layers of candy and heavy flake to evoke that classic vibe. The finish shifts beautifully in different lighting, giving the bike a dynamic personality that reflects the spirit of traditional bobbers with a modern edge.
The goal with this build was to showcase the full capability of our in-house design and manufacturing. We outfitted the Bobber with a wide range of Brogue components, many of which are already available—and a few soon to be released. These include the Brogue Classic Mirrors, Low Profile Gas Cap, Slim Line Bar Mirror Finishers, Radiator Guard, Short Chain Guard, Frame Rail Turn Kit, Rear Brake Kit, Reservoir Cap, Gauge Cover, Front Signal Adapters (paired with Motogadget pin signals), Block-Off Plugs, Frame Cradle Brace, Clutch & ACG Covers, Side Axle License Plate Mount, Oil Filler Cap, Swingarm Spools, Horn Relocation Bracket, Rear Light Harness Kit, and our JW Speaker Adaptive Headlight Kit.
It also features our custom Excel Wide Wheel Kit (17x5 rear and 18x2.5 front), wrapped in Dunlop Sportmax Roadsmart IV tires. A custom stainless exhaust, front and rear fenders with brackets, and seat upholstery were fabricated in-house by Mike.
The bike’s paint was handled by @Culley’s Customs with a heavy flake and candy base.
The final touches include a custom tune, DNA air filters, a K-Tech Razor Lite rear shock, and upgraded Galfer rotors with EBC sintered pads.

The hardest part of the build was manufacturing everything in-house. Components like the mirrors—set to launch in a few weeks—took over eight months of design, testing, and refinement to get just right. The biggest challenges were time, cost, and having the right equipment to produce each part. Programming was especially demanding, requiring multiple machines and a tremendous amount of coordination. Our small team worked tirelessly around the clock to bring every piece together. It pushed us to our limits, but also proved what we’re capable of when fully committed to creating something truly unique from the ground up.
What I love most about the finished bike is how it all comes together. The bold, eye-catching, paint paired with Brogue’s bolt-on parts give it a truly one-of-a-kind look. The heavy flake and layered candy lend depth and personality, changing color depending on the light, while the custom exhaust bring in a bit of attitude not normally seen on a stock Bobber. It may not be for everyone, but that’s the beauty of custom work -- it’s not meant to follow trends, but rather a perfect representation of the individuality we aim to bring to every build.
